Design and Engineering
We have partnered with a reputable third-party engineering firm specializing in modular buildings and structural design. Their expertise includes analyzing and producing detailed reports to meet environmental and state regulations. Upon customer approval of the building design, our engineering team collaborates with us to calculate and seal the drawings and reports with the designated state P.E stamp.

Constructing the Base
Upon approval of the construction drawings, the base construction commences as the initial step. All materials for the skid are promptly ordered the same day as drawing approval, with construction starting the following day. The entire base is fabricated in-house, encompassing the structure, painting, coatings, and, per customer specifications, an optional anti-skid grit slip-proof finish on the top surface can also be applied.

Wall & Roof kits
We produce complete wall and roof kits entirely at our facility. Our press brake can efficiently bend panels up to 12 feet in length and handle plates up to 1/4 inch thick.
Considering assembling the building at your location? Maxx Power offers assistance by delivering the entire roof and wall kit to your facility. We handle the kit, you handle the assembly.

Paint, Coatings & Door Fabrication
Once a building enters the paint booth, it enters its final stages of completion. Buildings typically spend around 2-3 days in this stage for drying purposes, ensuring a durable finish. We offer a variety of coatings and colors to meet your specific requirements.
At Maxx Power, our doors and frames are 100% fabricated in-house, ensuring seamless project continuity without reliance on external suppliers. While the building is undergoing painting, there's a high probability that our doors will be ready for installation as soon as the building enters the shop floor, facilitating efficient workflow and timely project completion.
